On the water Captain Seth Hayes goes above and beyond to put you on the fish, and to make sure you and your guests have a great day! Off the water, as an Executive Chef, Seth uses his passion for the Culinary Arts. With experience from Fine Restaurant Establishments, and Exclusive Country Clubs, as a Private Chef, the creativity of Seth Hayes will shine through as he uses the freshest ingredients to prepare your fresh catch, and many other delicious and unique dishes for your Private Event. At your event Seth and Astrid work together in a way that is completely natural, and from your first meeting with them to the very end when they leave your kitchen spotless, you will realize they both do all they can do to make your event exactly as it should be, completely effortless on your part!

Captain Seth takes clients fishing then comes to your home and becomes the chef with lots of help from Astrid. We had the pleasure of having them in our home in January, we asked for small plates and boy did they went to town with an amazing variety of tidbits all perfectly prepared and presented.
